A 3rd Dan Taekwondoin with over 14 years in the Martial Art, Coach Sean H. transitioned into Muay Thai and Kickboxing to challenge himself and progress his Martial Arts studies. Always happy to provide help and guidance, you can find him knocking the caps off bottles in his spare time.
Mason has been boxing and kicking for as long as he can remember. Aside from Muay Thai, Mason enjoys punching things, kicking things, kneeing things and elbowing things (there's a pattern emerging here). Always approachable for advice, seek him out if you ever need guidance.
Since joining Team Shark, Coach Robbie has developed a huge passion (some could say ‘addiction’) for Muay Thai. His high volume style guarantees a solid cardio workout with any training partner!
